Sagrada Studio led a full-scale design transformation of this Studio City residence, encompassing complete interior decorating, a full exterior renovation, and the conversion of an existing garage into a luxury guest suite. The project focused on creating a cohesive balance between strong architectural character and layered, livable interiors across the entire property.

The interior design was developed through a full home furnishing and decorating scope, enhancing the home’s existing architectural framework through a combination of warm, earthy neutrals, curved furnishings, natural textures, and custom pieces. Across all living spaces, bedrooms, and the nursery, the design creates continuity while allowing each room to feel individually considered.

A key intervention was the conversion of the garage into a luxury guest suite, designed as a fully self-contained extension of the home. The space incorporates custom furnishings and bespoke detailing to create a private, elevated retreat.

The project also included a complete exterior renovation, refreshing the home’s architectural presence and extending the interior design language into the outdoor areas through updated finishes, landscaping, and material cohesion.

The result is a fully integrated residential environment where interior decorating, exterior architecture, and auxiliary spaces are unified into one cohesive, highly considered home.
