PROJECT MANAGER - PART-TIME
"As a Project Manager you will work closely with all members of our team and specifically take on the following duties:
-Sourcing when requested, according to design direction from Principal
-Supervise part-time interns and freelancers as may be necessary in order to complete project installs
-Source accessories for final install based on Principal direction
-Monitor multiple project deliveries, budgets, and deadlines
-Update project management software regarding orders and deliveries
-Site visits when required to receive deliveries, or facilitate construction, or report to Principal Designer.
-Place orders on approved materials and furnishings
-Communicate with vendors and clients regarding orders
-Schedule deliveries and track orders
-Assist on install days
-Help keep the studio and warehouse organized as needed
-Organize and complete returns where necessary
-Provide weekly project updates to the team
-Communicate with contractors regarding project status
-Source materials and furnishings under the direction of our Principal
Here’s what we require:
-You must reside in Los Angeles
-You must own a valid driver’s license and car
-An interest in interior design
-A positive, “no job is too small” attitude
-Working knowledge of interior design terms and construction terms
-Ability to understand floor plans and measurements
-Previous project management experience
-Proficiency in Google suite
-Excellent communication skills
-A high level of professionalism and kindness
It would be nice if you:
-Know how to use autoCAD or other drawing software
-Are passionate about growing a career in interior design
-Previous experience as a stylist or design intern
-This is a paid hourly independent contractor position (ie 1099) with potential for growth and paid days off.

DESIGN ASSISTANT - PART TIME
