Commercial Interior Design | Podcast Studio Build-Out
Designer: Hema Persad, Sagrada Studio
Sagrada Studio designed the full interior of the podcast studio for host Jay Shetty in Los Angeles, transforming an empty room into a fully realized, atmospheric interview space. The project was developed from the ground up to support long-form conversation and filmed content production, with a focus on intimacy, depth, and visual storytelling.
The design introduces a moody, layered environment through custom wall paneling, integrated shelving, architectural lighting, and a restrained material palette. Vintage furnishings and collected objects were sourced globally and locally to create a space with narrative weight and personal meaning, rather than a commercially styled set.
Every element was selected or curated to feel intentional, resulting in a studio that balances function with character and supports the tone of reflective, conversational content.
The final space is a curated, immersive environment designed specifically for dialogue-driven media, combining production functionality with a highly considered interior design language.
