For this Los Angeles home, we completely revamped the floor plan to expand the kitchen and living space into a guest room that wasn't being used. We added brand new custom millwork throughout, with a breakfast nook and a bar area, and gave the fireplace and living area a fresh feel with transitional furnishings and a spanish-style tile surround. The goal was to reorient each space towards the beautiful views that were previously not being showcased to their full advantage.
